Order quickly and conveniently to your home, office, parcel machine or pick up the products you order online.

By default, the dispatch point is the Tallinn office. Entrance from Kaubamaja street, under the sign of Rävala Ärimaja, left door.

Depending on the nature, weight, size and origin of the goods, other partner and logistics warehouses, mainly in Tallinn or its surrounding area, may also be used as dispatch points.

After the order has been placed, customer support will send more detailed instructions on where to go and by what date the goods will be ready for dispatch. In case of any requests or changes, please contact us before 15.00 on the same day or before 12.00 on the day following the order at the latest.

• There is no assembly charge.
• The average delivery time for goods in stock is 1-7 working days unless otherwise stated on the product card.
• The customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone when the goods are ready for dispatch.
• An order number or an identification document (e.g. ID card, driving license or passport) is required.

If the order is to be received by a third party, the e-shop's customer service must be notified in writing or otherwise in advance.

For fast and convenient delivery of smaller items and sizes, use Omniva, DPD Pickup or Itella parcel machines.

• The final delivery price to the selected parcel machine will be displayed in your shopping cart.
• The average delivery time for goods in stock is 1 to 4 working days unless otherwise stated on the product card.
• According to your choice, you will find the nearest parcel machine in the drop-down list in the shopping cart.
• You will be notified of the arrival of your parcel either by SMS and/or by sending the necessary information/parcel code by e-mail.

For larger items that cannot be delivered to a parcel machine, courier transport is mainly used.

• The final delivery price to the selected destination will be displayed in the shopping cart.
• The average delivery time for goods in stock is 1-7 working days unless otherwise stated on the product card.
• The courier will contact the customer for delivery on the day of receipt of the goods.
• To collect the goods or use the service, we recommend that you consult the general conditions of transport.
