Claiming Permit and Conditions

General Terms

According to the Law of Obligations Act, a private individual has a two-year, or 24-month, time limit for lodging a complaint about products bought from an online shop, starting from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer has the right to lodge a claim for non-conformity with the terms of the contract if the goods are defective. In the case of a defect occurring within the first twelve months, i.e. within one year, it shall be assumed that it was present at the time of purchase and the nature of the defect shall be determined by Baumarket OÜ.

In the event of a defect in the product, the customer is obliged to notify Baumarket OÜ customer service of the problem by e-mail to info@airmarket.ee and provide the following information in writing:

  • Name and contact details.
  • Product defects (description of defects, photos if possible).
  • Number of the order or purchase document.

Time and Process

The complaint must be sent no later than two months after the discovery of the defect. In the event of a defect in the product, the installation or use of the material should be stopped immediately and the customer service of Baumarket OÜ should be informed immediately of the defect. Upon expiry of the aforementioned deadline, the customer loses the right to request Baumarket OÜ to repair or replace the product free of charge.

Not subject to complaint:

  • Instruction in the use of the product, adjustment, maintenance, cleaning, restoration of the commercial appearance and repair of defects caused by failure to comply with the instructions for use.
  • Excludes damage caused in transit after delivery of the product to the buyer.

Complaints will be examined and the buyer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the complaint. In the event of replacement of defective goods, Baumarket OÜ has the right to request the customer to return the defective goods. Baumarket OÜ shall bear the transport costs related to the replacement of the product.

Compensation does not include the cost of installing or repairing cracked products.

Money Back Guarantee

The customer may claim a refund only if the repair or replacement of the product is not possible or fails, or if Baumarket OÜ unjustifiably refuses to repair or replace the product or fails to do so within a reasonable time after the complaint has been lodged, or if the repair or replacement causes unreasonable inconvenience to the customer.

Baumarket OÜ, as the Service Provider, shall not be liable for defects of the Goods caused by the Customer due to improper or inappropriate installation, use and/or maintenance of the Goods; Baumarket OÜ shall not be liable for defects of the Goods caused by normal/natural physical wear and tear of the Goods.

Baumarket OÜ will repair or replace the defective good(s) if the non-conformities already existed at the time of delivery to the buyer. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Baumarket OÜ will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract.
