Warranty Terms

Goods or products purchased from the e-shop are covered by the manufacturer's official guarantee. The warranty is based on the customer's purchase document, which must bear both the serial number and the exact model/brand of the product, i.e. a correctly completed "warranty file or talon".

The warranty is automatically void if:

  • Damage to the product has been identified during operation.
  • The product has been found to have sustained physical damage as a result of accidental or intentional physical damage.
  • Inadvertent or accidental damage resulting from incidental or accidental damage, such as damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, insects, excessive dust, etc., which may have been caused by accidental or accidental physical contact.

The guarantee service will be interrupted if:

  • Natural wear and tear is detected.
  • The product has been incorrectly installed or has been installed by or under the responsibility of a person who is not qualified to do so.
  • Negligence on the part of the purchaser, inadequate supervision or maintenance have been found.
  • The product is struck by lightning or any other natural phenomenon (force majeure).
  • The product has been used for purposes and/or in a manner not intended.
  • The product has been repaired or repaired during the warranty period by a person who is not qualified to do so.
  • The product has been independently upgraded or modified by the purchaser.
  • Products and parts whose serial numbers, inspection stickers or marking stickers have been damaged, replaced or removed.
  • Power fluctuations (undervoltages or overvoltages) which damage the product/goods have occurred.

Requesting a Warranty Service - Repairing the Goods or Inspecting the Product

In the event of any problems with the goods you have purchased, we recommend that you immediately contact the online shop's customer support, where the necessary warranty service will be carried out.

Normal service or repair time is between 7-30 days. Service or repair times for foreign warranty partners can be between 30 and 70 days.
